Package 1 requires a minimum of two guests to qualify as a group booking. For larger parties we assign additional stylists to maintain schedule efficiency; please provide final guest count at least two weeks before the event for staffing and timing.
Yes—Package 1 is flexible. We tailor styles to hair types and makeup preferences within the basic service scope. For specialized techniques like airbrush makeup, extensions, or sculpted nails, add-ons are available. Share inspiration photos and allergies during booking for best results.
Reserve Package 1 at least six to eight weeks in advance to secure preferred appointment times, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. For large parties or weekend dates, booking three to six months early is recommended to ensure full team availability.
Yes. We offer trial sessions and consultations for the bride or celebrant by appointment. Trials are recommended one to two months before the event, include a test hairstyle and makeup, and may incur a fee that can be credited toward your package.
A non-refundable deposit secures Package 1 booking and staffing. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may qualify for partial refunds; cancellations within 14 days are subject to fees. Please contact us promptly to discuss rescheduling or special circumstances.
